If you are running a dropshipping business—especially one focused on K-Pop, K-Beauty, or K-Fashion—chances are you are using WooCommerce. It’s flexible, powerful, and gives you full control over your brand.
However, there is one major headache that almost every seller sourcing from Korea faces: The "Old-School" Disconnect.
Most Korean sourcing agents—even the reliable ones—do not offer direct integration with your store. They often operate offline, leaving you stuck in a cycle of manual administrative work:
❌ Exporting orders to Excel/CSV files every single day.
❌ Emailing spreadsheets to your agent and waiting hours (or days) for confirmation.
❌ Manually typing tracking numbers back into your store, one by one.
❌ Zero visibility on real-time inventory (a nightmare when selling limited edition K-Pop albums).
This manual process kills your productivity and makes scaling your business incredibly complex.
The Solution? K-Dropshipping.
We understand that to sell Korean products globally, you need speed and automation. That’s why K-Dropshipping offers full, native WooCommerce Integration.
No more spreadsheets. No more guessing games. No more "KakaoTalk" manual ordering.

Ready to automate your Korean sourcing? Here is how to connect your store.
🚀 How to Integrate WooCommerce with K-Dropshipping
Follow this simple guide to link your store directly to our Korean fulfillment system.
Step 1: Register Your Account
First, you need to create your account on the K-Dropshipping portal.
Log in / Sign up here: https://system.k-dropshipping.com/login
🔑 Important: Please use the Referral Code KBO333 during the registration process to unlock full access.
Step 2: Connect Your Store
Once you are logged into your dashboard, follow these steps to authorize the connection:
Navigate to the main menu and click on "Connect Your Store".
Locate and select the WooCommerce logo from the list of platforms.
Follow the prompt to enter your store URL and approve the permissions.

Enter your website address (e.g., https://www.yourstore.com) in the URL field.

Step 3: Generate API Keys in WooCommerce
To allow K-Dropshipping to automatically fetch your orders and upload tracking numbers, you need to generate a secure API key.
Log in to your WordPress/WooCommerce Admin Panel.
On the left sidebar, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.
Click on the Advanced tab at the top of the settings page.
Select the REST API sub-link (located just below the main tabs).
Click the "Add Key" button.

Step 4: Complete the Authorization
Once you click generate, WooCommerce will display two long strings of characters: a Consumer Key and a Consumer Secret.
Copy both keys immediately (you won't be able to see the full secret key again once you leave the page).
Return to the K-Dropshipping Dashboard (the "Connect Your Store" page).
Paste the keys into the corresponding fields:
Paste Consumer Key into the Client ID field.
Paste Consumer Secret into the Client Secret field.
Click Save / Authorize.
🎉 Success! Your store is now connected. Orders will start syncing automatically.
⚠️ Important: Enabling Tracking Sync (Required Plugin)
To ensure that tracking numbers are automatically pushed back to your store and trigger the "Shipped" email to your customers, you must install a shipment tracking plugin.
Without this plugin, we can fulfill your orders, but the tracking information will not automatically appear in your WooCommerce dashboard.
How to Install:
Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
In the search bar, type: TrackingMore
Locate the plugin titled "TrackingMore - Order Tracking" (usually the first result).
Click Install Now, and then click Activate.
That’s it! Once activated, K-Dropshipping can write tracking numbers directly into the fields provided by this plugin.

🛠️ Troubleshooting
"I connected everything, but orders aren't syncing!"
If you have completed the authorization and installed the TrackingMore plugin but still do not see orders appearing in your dashboard or tracking numbers updating, please check the following:
1. Check API Permissions (Most Common) Go back to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and edit your key. Ensure the permissions are set to Read/Write. If it is set to "Read Only," we cannot update tracking numbers.
2. Check for Plugin Conflicts Sometimes, strict security plugins (like Wordfence or iThemes Security) or aggressive caching plugins can block the connection.
Action: Ask your technical support or web developer to ensure your security settings are not blocking external API requests.
Ready to save hours of work every day? You are all set! Stop managing manual spreadsheets and start focusing on what matters—growing your K-Brand.
