When is the USD 2 service fee charged?
The service fee is charged for each order that is successfully processed for fulfillment. Cancelled or failed orders are not charged the successful-order service fee.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
No. K-Dropshipping does not charge a setup fee or monthly subscription for the standard service. You pay the applicable service fee when orders are processed.
How do product and shipping costs work?
Product purchase cost and international shipping are separate from the USD 2 service fee. Shipping is calculated by destination, billable weight, product type, and selected service.
Are standard packing materials charged separately from the USD 2 service fee?
No. K-Dropshipping provides standard packing materials as part of the USD 2 service fee, including bubble mailers, replacement shipping cartons when needed, and standard packing bags. You do not pay an additional basic packing-material fee.
Can I use custom packaging for my orders?
Yes. Purchase your custom packaging materials and create a purchase order/inbound order in the K-Dropshipping system. Identify the items as your custom packing materials and provide the packing requirements. After the materials are received into the warehouse, our team will use them for your orders according to your instructions. The custom materials and their inbound costs are paid by you.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The standard service has no long-term commitment or cancellation fee. Any outstanding product, shipping, tax, or exceptional service costs still apply.
Are volume discounts available?
Businesses processing 1,000 or more orders per month can request an enterprise volume review. Final pricing depends on order profile and service scope.
