1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the K-Dropshipping website and related services operated by 지큐글로벌, Republic of Korea. By accessing the website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or using a service, you agree to these terms and any order-specific terms presented to you.

If an accepted quote, order confirmation, service agreement, or platform notice conflicts with these general terms, the more specific document controls for that transaction.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate and current information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity; to obtain prohibited products; to interfere with systems; or to misrepresent product, order, recipient, customs, or payment information.

3. Sourcing requests and product availability

Product links and requests are reviewed for availability, purchasing conditions, applicable restrictions, and serviceability. Listings on third-party Korean marketplaces or brand stores are controlled by those sellers and may change or sell out without notice.

A request, estimate, or displayed product does not create a binding purchase obligation until the applicable price, fees, payment, and ordering conditions are confirmed. Regulated, restricted, oversized, hazardous, counterfeit, unavailable, or otherwise ineligible products may be refused.

4. Pricing and payment

Product costs, purchasing fees, service fees, storage, packaging, shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are described in the applicable quote, platform record, or service agreement. Estimates may change if product price, exchange rate, package size, billable weight, destination, or carrier conditions change before final confirmation.

You are responsible for paying confirmed charges by the stated deadline. We may pause purchasing or fulfillment when payment is incomplete, disputed, reversed, or overdue.

5. Fulfillment, shipping, and customs

Warehouse handling and carrier handoff estimates are separate from international transit time. Ready-stock handling targets, procurement times, pre-order release dates, carrier estimates, customs procedures, and destination requirements are described in the applicable quote or policy.

International delivery can be affected by customs, recipient availability, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, restricted items, address accuracy, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for taxes, duties, import requirements, and delivery exceptions follows the applicable quote and shipping terms.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility depends on the order stage, supplier rules, product type, pre-order conditions, customization, and shipping status. The accepted quote, order confirmation, and Refund Policy apply. Do not return products without prior written authorization.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

The K-Dropshipping name, website design, platform software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, marketplace names, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Links and integrations with marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, payment providers, and carriers do not make us responsible for their independent services, content, policies, outages, or decisions.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided subject to availability and the specific commitments in an accepted quote or agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, continuous product availability, or delivery dates controlled by suppliers, customs, and carriers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from a specific order or service is limited as stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Governing law, changes, and contact
