Shipping Policy
How K-Dropshipping handles warehouse processing, carrier handoff, international delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and shipping charges.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
1. Service area and available routes
K-Dropshipping can arrange delivery to the destinations listed in the current quote table, subject to product eligibility, route availability, carrier restrictions, customs rules, and complete recipient information.
Available services may include the K-Drop dedicated cross-border parcel line and public carrier options such as EMS, K-Packet, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The available option depends on destination, billable weight, product type, speed, customs needs, and current operating conditions.
2. Warehouse handling and carrier handoff
For products already held as ready stock in our Korea warehouse, the normal target is to hand the parcel to the selected international logistics provider within 2-4 Korean business days after we receive the seller order.
The 2-4 day target is not the international delivery time and does not include time needed to purchase products from third-party sellers. Korean weekends, public holidays, payment delays, order changes, product restrictions, unusual volume, or incomplete information can extend handling.
3. Procurement and pre-orders
Products purchased from Korean marketplaces, brand stores, or other suppliers require procurement and inbound delivery to our warehouse before international handoff. Timing depends on the seller and is confirmed when available.
K-pop, limited-edition, and new-release pre-orders follow the announced reservation and release schedule. Release dates, allocations, benefits, and supplier fulfillment may change, and international handling begins only after the items arrive at our warehouse.
4. Shipping estimates and final charges
Shipping estimates are based on the information available at the time of quotation. Final charges may depend on actual packed weight, volumetric weight, destination, packaging, remote-area fees, fuel or route surcharges, product restrictions, and selected service.
Comparisons with EMS or other services compare listed prices and do not imply identical speed, customs treatment, tracking, compensation, or delivery conditions.
5. Tracking, customs, and delivery exceptions
Tracking is provided when supported by the selected service. Scans may not appear immediately after warehouse handoff and may update differently across origin, transit, customs, and last-mile systems.
Customs review, taxes, duties, import permits, recipient contact, incorrect addresses, failed delivery, prohibited items, and local carrier procedures can affect delivery. The applicable quote or order agreement identifies any special customs or tax arrangement that has been confirmed for the route.
6. Shipping support
For a route estimate or a delivery issue, contact service@k-dropshipping.com with the order number, destination, product details, and available tracking information.
