If your business needs proof of purchase, contact us before placing the order so we can check which records are available for the relevant supply batch. K-Dropshipping keeps regularly replenished inventory for selected products and places additional purchases through the same official channels as customer demand is received. Because a product may be supplied from regularly replenished inventory or a newly purchased batch, the available procurement record may predate an individual customer order.
An earlier procurement date does not mean that the product has been stored for a long time: the procurement date, manufacturing batch and labelled product durability are separate pieces of information. Product freshness should be assessed from the batch identification and shelf-life information on the packaging, not from the month shown on the procurement record alone. What happens after a Shopify order syncs to K-Dropshipping?
The first time a Shopify product receives an order, you need to match the store SKU with the corresponding SKU in K-Dropshipping. Once the match is complete, future Shopify orders for the same SKU will automatically create an order in K-Dropshipping. The same SKU-matching and automatic order-creation process also applies to connected TikTok Shop and Amazon stores.
You can choose to review and pay for each order manually or enable automatic payment. The QC level is selected when you pay for a K-Dropshipping order. You can also set a default QC option in your account, including Free QC or one of the paid inspection services, and that setting will be applied automatically to future orders.
After the products arrive at our Korea warehouse, they are received into the system, inspected according to your selected QC level and repacked for international shipping. This warehouse process is completed within 48 business hours and, in most cases, within 24 business hours. The international tracking number is generated when the parcel is dispatched and is automatically synced back to the corresponding Shopify order.
What additional fees should I expect beyond the product price?
The product price shown after registration already includes K-Dropshipping’s purchasing service fee. There are no additional order-processing or Korea warehouse storage fees. The only additional charges are your selected paid QC service and international shipping. A separate storage fee applies only if you choose to use an overseas warehousing service.
What happens if a product is temporarily out of stock at the group?
We will notify you. You can choose to wait for the next restock or request a refund for the unavailable product.
How can I purchase by the carton or source a product not listed in the catalog?
If you are considering a carton purchase, send us the SKU. We will confirm the number of units in each carton and provide the carton price, so you can decide how many cartons fit your requirements.
If the product is not currently listed in our catalog, you can submit a sourcing request instead. Include the product name, product image, specification and required quantity. Once sourcing is complete, we will send you a quotation.
