Qoo10 Dropshipping from Korea: Sourcing, Fulfillment and Shipping
Published
Qoo10 sellers can use K-Dropshipping to source Korean products, prepare parcels in Korea, and ship orders internationally. The important limitation is that Qoo10 stores cannot currently be connected directly to the K-Dropshipping system. Orders and tracking therefore move between the two platforms through a short manual workflow.
That manual step does not prevent sellers from testing Korean beauty, fashion, or lifestyle products with low inventory risk. Most eligible catalog products can start from MOQ 1, and sellers may also send products from their own suppliers to the K-Dropshipping warehouse.

What K-Dropshipping Can and Cannot Automate for Qoo10
K-Dropshipping can handle the Korea-side sourcing and fulfillment work: purchasing eligible products, receiving seller-supplied stock, routine repacking, applying the final carrier label, dispatching the parcel, and returning the tracking number.
What is not yet automated is the connection to the Qoo10 seller account. A Qoo10 order does not automatically appear inside K-Dropshipping, and the tracking number does not automatically sync back to QSM. The seller must create the fulfillment order in K-Dropshipping and later enter the carrier and tracking number in QSM.
K-Dropshipping is working toward a Qoo10 integration with the goal of letting Qoo10 orders flow into its sourcing and fulfillment workflow automatically. Until that connection is released, sellers should continue to submit orders and return tracking information manually. For comparison, connected stores can use K-Dropshipping’s automatic order fulfillment workflow.
Two Ways to Source Products for Qoo10
1. Choose from the K-Dropshipping catalog
The K-Dropshipping catalog gives sellers two practical sourcing channels. KR Direct Stock covers products already held in local stock and shows a typical Korea-side preparation window of 2 to 4 business days. Marketplace sourcing includes channels such as Gmarket and Olive Young and shows a typical local sourcing and warehouse-preparation window of 6 to 8 days.
These lead times cover the Korea-side sourcing and preparation phase only. They do not include international transit to the final customer. Availability and processing time can vary by product and order.

MOQ 1 is useful because it lets a seller validate demand without buying a large batch in advance. On Qoo10, however, the product listing and each fulfillment order still need to be handled manually because the store is not yet connected.
2. Bring your own Korean supplier
Sellers who already buy from a Korean brand, distributor, or other supplier can create a Self-Purchased Listing in K-Dropshipping. The seller pays the supplier directly, registers the product and variants, and arranges delivery to the K-Dropshipping warehouse. K-Dropshipping then receives the goods and fulfills the matching customer orders.

The Self-Purchased Listing form lets sellers register products purchased directly from their own supplier before the goods are delivered to the K-Dropshipping warehouse.
No purchasing service fee is charged when the seller pays the supplier directly. Standard fulfillment is USD 2 per order. Optional quality inspection, custom packaging, inserts, or special handling are quoted separately.
How a Qoo10 Order Moves Through K-Dropshipping
Step | Seller or K-Dropshipping action |
|---|---|
1. Qoo10 order received | The seller reviews the order in QSM and confirms the product, variant, address, and shipping requirement. |
2. Order submitted manually | The seller creates the corresponding order in the K-Dropshipping system. |
3. Korea-side preparation | K-Dropshipping sources or allocates the product, receives it when required, and completes the agreed packing work. |
4. Carrier label applied | The parcel is prepared for the selected international shipping route. |
5. Tracking returned | Once the shipping record and tracking number are available, K-Dropshipping provides them to the seller through K-Dropshipping system. |
6. QSM updated | The seller manually enters the carrier and tracking number in QSM |
A tracking number may be generated during label preparation, before the first carrier scan appears. Qoo10 shipping confirmation should therefore follow actual dispatch rather than label creation alone.
Genuine Korean Products, Backed by Purchase Evidence
All products sourced through K-Dropshipping are genuine, and each sourcing route is traceable. K-Dropshipping provides purchase records or supplier transaction statements to show where the products were obtained and to support their authentic origin.
| Olive Young Korea purchase record This order-history record shows that the products were purchased through Olive Young Korea’s official retail channel. It can support product-origin questions from customers or marketplace review teams. |
Korean B2B supplier transaction statement For products purchased through a Korean B2B supply channel, K-Dropshipping can provide the relevant supplier transaction statement as evidence of the genuine product source. Commercial and account details may be redacted. |
|
Purchase evidence is retained for up to 3 months. Sellers who may need documentation for a customer dispute or marketplace review should request it within that period. The document available depends on the sourcing route.
Shipping and Tracking for QSM
K-Dropshipping can offer SF Express and K-Packet for suitable Korea-origin shipments. K-Packet is a Korea Post tracked small-parcel service for parcels up to 2 kg. Route availability, accepted commodities, billable weight, and destination coverage must still be checked for each shipment.
The exact carrier name displayed in QSM is selected by the seller from the options available for that Qoo10 market and account. It is not a universal label controlled by K-Dropshipping. Sellers should verify that the chosen QSM carrier option accepts the tracking format for the route before using it.
Qoo10 sellers should also follow the platform's current shipping and tracking guidance for the market in which they operate.
K-Packet Reference Shipping Rates
The following customer-facing rates are practical references for common small-parcel weights. They are not a fixed global tariff and do not include destination-specific taxes, duties, remote-area charges, or optional services.
Destination | 500 g | 1 kg | 2 kg |
|---|---|---|---|
Japan | $9.02 | $12.59 | $17.70 |
United States | $13.49 | $19.62 | $36.35 |
United Kingdom | $10.62 | $15.23 | $26.50 |
Canada | $11.26 | $16.20 | $27.41 |
Australia | $9.79 | $13.95 | $21.62 |
Final shipping cost depends on billable weight, destination, current route availability, and any applicable surcharge. For a current quotation, email service@k-dropshipping.com and include the destination city and postal code.
How Pricing Works
Supply model | Purchasing fee | Standard fulfillment |
|---|---|---|
K-Dropshipping purchases the product | Basic 7%, Advanced 3%, Enterprise 0% | Included in the KR purchasing service fee; no separate USD 2 fulfillment charge. |
Seller purchases from own supplier | No purchasing service fee | USD 2 per order. |
Standard fulfillment covers routine warehouse handling such as repacking and applying the final shipping label. Extra quality inspection, custom packaging, inserts, special labeling, or non-standard handling may add separate charges.
Who This Workflow Fits
This workflow is a practical fit for sellers who want to test Qoo10 demand before committing to large inventory, sell Korean products without operating their own Korea-side warehouse, combine catalog sourcing with products from existing suppliers, or keep the current process manageable while a direct Qoo10 connection is still under development.
It is less suitable for a seller who requires every Qoo10 order and tracking event to sync automatically today. Until integration is available, someone on the seller side must create the K-Dropshipping order and update QSM.
Build a Practical Qoo10 Fulfillment Workflow from Korea
K-Dropshipping gives Qoo10 sellers a Korea-side operating layer for product sourcing, seller-supplied inventory, fulfillment, tracked shipping, and purchase records. The current workflow includes a manual order and tracking handoff, but it can still support low-MOQ market testing and international delivery without requiring the seller to build a Korean warehouse operation. Practical answers
Frequently asked questions
Can K-Dropshipping connect directly to my Qoo10 store or QSM?
Not yet. The seller currently creates each Qoo10 fulfillment order in K-Dropshipping, then manually enters the carrier and tracking number in QSM after K-Dropshipping dispatches the parcel.
Can K-Dropshipping source Korean products for me, or can I use my own Korean supplier?
Both options are available. K-Dropshipping can purchase eligible products from KR Direct Stock or Korean marketplaces, or the seller can create a Self-Purchased Listing and have its own supplier deliver the goods to the K-Dropshipping warehouse.
What does K-Dropshipping charge to fulfill a Qoo10 order?
If K-Dropshipping purchases the product, the purchasing fee is Basic 7%, Advanced 3%, or Enterprise 0%, and standard fulfillment is included. If the seller buys directly from its own supplier, there is no purchasing fee and standard fulfillment is USD 2 per order; quality inspection, custom packaging, and other non-standard handling are quoted separately.
Which shipping services and tracking numbers can K-Dropshipping provide for Qoo10 orders?
For eligible Korea-origin shipments, K-Dropshipping can arrange K-Packet or SF Express. The tracking number is created during outbound processing when the international shipping label is prepared, and the seller manually enters the applicable carrier and tracking number in QSM. Route, product, and destination eligibility must be checked for each shipment.
Can I start with one Qoo10 test order?
Yes, many eligible catalog products can start from MOQ 1. Product availability, destination acceptance, shipping-route eligibility, and any category-specific requirements must still be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Can K-Dropshipping provide proof that the Korean products are genuine?
K-Dropshipping can provide the purchase record available from the relevant sourcing channel, such as an Olive Young order record or a Korean B2B supplier transaction statement. Purchase evidence is retained for up to 3 months and should be requested within that period.
What information should I provide for a sourcing or shipping quote?
For sourcing, send the brand, exact product name, product image, and required quantity. For shipping, send the destination city and postal code. Email the request to service@k-dropshipping.com.
